I've used five different systems.
I built the one I actually needed.
I've managed repair shops long enough to remember writing tickets by hand. Since then I've been through RepairQ, RepairDesk, RepairShopper, and MyRepairApp — and found something broken in every single one. Too cluttered. Too many bugs. Locked data. Features that looked good in a demo and fell apart in real life.
refloww is what I wished existed the whole time. Built on the floor of a real shop, for real shops. It wasn't build on the backs of multi-store franchises. It was built on the back of a small business repair shop.
